In this role, you are responsible for picking and packing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. The goal is to ensure error free shipments with a fast turn-around time. You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This full-time position is based on-site in person in New York City.

What You’ll Do 

Fulfillment

• Support and act as a back up for the Order Processing Specialist. Coordinate orders needing to ship, as well as returns processing for e-commerce retail orders 
• Follow packaging guidelines to execute flawless packages which will completely delight the customer upon arrival! 
• Keep shipping area organized and stocked at all times
• Assist with day-to-day prep including making shipping boxes and assembling gift packaging
• Ensure that daily packages are picked up or taken to the appropriate facility the same day

Inventory

• Work on tagging, quality control, or other inventory related projects as needed by Inventory Team
• Participate in quality control and count for bi annual sales
• Participate in annual inventory count

Who You Are

• A team player!
• Preferably have fulfillment experience and/or retail experience
• Tech savvy and ideally proficient working in systems used for order processing and/or inventory management (i.e. ERP, Shopify)
• A problem solver who is meticulous when it comes to accuracy and efficiency
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

This is a full-time in-office position located in New York City with an hourly rate of $26/hour.
