About the Job

The Wholesale Returns & Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting customer experience and operational efficiency within the wholesale department. In this role, you will manage the returns process, oversee client order flow, and ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth wholesale operations.

What You’ll Do

Returns Management

  • Monitor and manage the wholesale returns inbox, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Provide daily support to wholesale accounts regarding product damages, stock returns, and general inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Issue return authorizations for damaged styles and stock returns, coordinating next steps with the Client Services team.
  • Enter replacement orders into the ERP system accurately and on time.
  • Maintain spreadsheets tracking damages and returns, analyzing data to identify high-damage styles and escalating findings to Production for review.

Client Services & Order Management

  • Manage wholesale orders in the ERP system with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Process payment information in compliance with internal protocols.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to ensure seamless order execution, on-time deliveries, and outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Support the Senior Coordinator with seasonal line sheet launches and tradeshow material preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to receive and process trunk show returns.

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or wholesale operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Excel; experience with Shopify and Blue Cherry a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-office position located in New York City with a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 annually.
